To continue the newly found momentum of the GHGLUG, we will be having 2 meetings in May. The first will be Wednesday, May 6th. This is not a 'formal' meeting, but is a chance for you to get together with other open source and linux fans to relax after work and have a beer (or soda if that's more your style!)

Highlights of the new features include the following:
1. Release of Ubuntu Hardy Heron:
For those users who want to use the LTS version of Ubuntu for their
servers they now can do so! This is the first time an offical Ubuntu
Hardy Heron EC2 image has been available for EC2. The release candidate
contains the latest software updates from Hardy. It also contains the
ec2-ami-tools from jaunty to allow users to re-bundle the image.

Thanks everyone for attending the Introduction to Django meeting this evening, it was a great kickoff to having more successful meetings in the future.
We not only discussed Django, but also talked about what we would like to see in future meetings. There was expressed interest in cloud computing, so I'll see what I can do to get something together for the next meeting.
